We gladly accept Return or Exchange within 7 days from the delivered date.

  1. Customers are required to notify HeraCloset of a defective item within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise, it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
  2. Item received unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with the original tags attached.
  3. Shipping fees for returned or exchanged item is Paid by the Buyer or Self Dispatched (Customers will be responsible to pay Customs & Duties, VAT charges, and/or any other local taxes as applicable) unless the received item is defective then shipping fees will be free.
  4. CUSTOM-MADE, MADE-TO-MEASURE, PRE-ORDER, AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AFTER PURCHASE. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT BECAUSE OF THEIR HANDMADE/ ARTISAN NATURE, SOME ITEMS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE IMAGES SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE.

    • Return Shipping Fees for buyers in UAE is 15/AED per Order
    • Return Shipping Fees for buyers in KSA is 40/SAR per KG
    • Return Shipping for buyers from Other Countries currently only self-dispatch is available, you can choose a courier company at your expense and responsibility (Customers will be responsible to pay Customs & Duties, VAT charges and/or any other local taxes as applicable)

And you need to inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER THAT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED IF ITEM/S ARE DEFECTIVE, BUT IF YOU WANT TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANYWAY WITHOUT PREVIOUS REASONS THAT WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE BRAND AND ORDER PROCESSING TEAM REVIEW AND APPROVAL, ONCE APPROVED YOU NEED TO PAY THE COURIER SERVICES CHARGES.
  3. Returns outside the return period will be subject to approval by the Seller and HeraCloset, regardless if the item is still sealed or not.
  4. CUSTOM-MADE, MADE-TO-MEASURE, PRE-ORDER, AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AFTER PURCHASE. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT BECAUSE OF THEIR HANDMADE/ ARTISAN NATURE, SOME ITEMS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE IMAGES SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE.
  5. In the unlikely circumstance that a product you have purchased is not available or out of stock, a refund or shop credit to the same value will be offered to you.
  6. Refunds will be done only through a credit note with Heracloset.com and only once the item is received by the designer and the claim is confirmed.

Note that there are situations that arise which don’t always cover the scenarios below, and hence we try our best to come up with a solution that is fair to both parties.

Order Cancellation

  1. Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 5-7days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges.
  2. After 1 hour of placing an order, Shoppers can only cancel the order before the Seller start processing their orders, which will be confirmed by email. HeraCloset will assess cancellation post-processing time and will inform the Shopper about their decision regarding their request.
  3. Cancellations for bespoke orders are not possible during the processing time and any cancellation will incur the full cost.
  4. Refunds agreed by designers will be done only through a credit note with Heracloset.com.

If you got your order and it is damaged, we gladly accept return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
